After her international studies in London and Germany, Alexandra’s professional career began in Finance in a Parisian trading room, where she was fund manager, in charge of the biggest European investment fund portfolio. Her next career steps included a senior position at a global rating agency, responsible for all real estate fund ratings in Europe, before creating her own companies in Berlin, the South of France and in the USA, whereto she moved on an E-2 Visa with her family. Her expertise, service-oriented approach and the understanding of business administration and finance are of great value to L & F’s clients. She speaks English, French and German and is mother of five children. Alexandra explains her motivations: “My broad financial background both in investment banking and the rating industry, as well as my hands-on real estate and business set-up skills, paired with two successful international moves, allow me to thoroughly understand the needs of our clients. Michel initially studied at Ecole Centrale de Paris and holds a Ph.D. in Quantitative Finance at the University of California at Berkeley. He co-founded the financial analysis company BARRA where he developed high-level sophisticated portfolio financial analysis methodologies and software and pursued his career in the past 20 years as a consultant to the most prestigious financial services companies. He is an avid investor in the restaurant, food, and wine industry and one of the best connoisseurs of international gourmet food and wine. His international and rational view on investments and his incessant logistic support are precious added values to the investment and service aspects of L & F Investor Services. Michel speaks English, French and Italian. Marie joined L&F Investor Services in the summer of 2021. She grew up in Alsace, France and came to the United States in 2008 to work for Walt Disney World’s Epcot Centre, quickly adapting to Disney’s quality standards. This was the beginning to a career showing her passion for customer service and tangible results. As a volunteer for Future Hospitality Leaders of America she was a key support for multiple events in the Orlando region from 2010 to 2012, and then became the Foreign Language Department Manager at Gifted University in 2014 and 2015. In 2015 she accepted an assignment as Team Lead at La Petite Academy in Ocoee. Since 2018 she was Platinum Service Specialist for the international Tupperware Brands, supporting both the US and Canadian operations. Marie holds an Associate Degree of Science in Hospitality from Valencia Community College in Orlando (2012) and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality Administration and Management from Florida International University (FIU, 2021). Marie is very enthusiastic about her duties for L&F, saying “immigration was part of my journey, and I can relate so well to the expectations and anxieties of our clients.” Marie is mother of four children and bilingual in French and English.

Carolina, a native of Argentina, joined L&F Investor Services in the fall of 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience in human resources and immigration coordination. She holds a Bachelor of Education in English as a Second Language from Universidad Nacional de Cordoba, which has equipped her with exceptional communication skills. Carolina began her professional journey at B-Yond, where she served as the executive assistant to the CEO. In 2017, she transitioned to the role of HR Coordinator at Novelus, becoming their primary point of contact for Latin America. Simultaneously, she worked for Intelgica as an HR and Immigration Coordinator, showcasing her ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. In her role at Intelgica, Carolina demonstrated her expertise in immigration matters by drafting, reviewing, and submitting immigration documents for visa applications and petitions to USCIS and other government agencies. Her meticulous approach to case management, including the organization of case filings and ensuring the timely submission of applications and petitions, has proven invaluable.
